Ingredients
- 6 - chicken pieces
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 - drops hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
How To Make korean chicken

Step 1Salt and pepper the chicken pieces.

Step 2In a large skillet, brown chicken in vegetable oil.

Step 3While chicken is browning, combine in a medium bowl the garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well. Set aside.

Step 4Once the chicken is browned, pour the sauce over the chicken and cook on simmer for about 25 minutes. (Cover skillet for first 15 minutes and then uncover it for the final 10 minutes.) Stir it every so often to ensure it does not burn.

Step 5To serve, remove pieces of chicken to a serving dish and then pour sauce from skillet over chicken. Garnish with green onions.
