Here is a crowd pleasing Crockpot recipe. Cut the chicken and serve over your choice of pasta with a side of broccoli. The sauce is delicious over both!

    cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c
    chicken broth, unsalted
  • 1
    italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 lb
    boneless skinless chicken breasts (frozen) - about 3 - 4 breasts
  • 1
    cream cheese soft 16 oz. carton

How to Make Kitty's Cheesy Italian Crockpot Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium sized bowl whisk together soup, dressing mix, and 1/2 cup chicken broth
  2. Rinse frozen chicken enough to remove packaging and place in Crockpot
  3. Pour mixture slowly over chicken
  4. Cook on low for six hours
  5. Using a slotted utensil, remove chicken from cooker and cover with foil.
  6. Blend cream cheese and 1/4 cup chicken broth together then stir into sauce in cooker
  7. Carefully replace chicken and turn cooker to high for 30 minutes.
  8. Cut chicken into small chunks and serve with sauce over your choice of pasta
