My family made these for parties long before wings were "in style!" They have a sweet, nippy flavor that satisfies almost any palate.
They are quite easy to prepare and could be kept in a slow cooker or Nesco roaster to stay warm for serving.
There's no reason you couldn't make a meal of them, either!
6 lbchicken wings
1 1/2 tspsalt
3/4 csoy sauce
3/4 capricot juice
1 1/2 tspginger
1 dash(es)garlic juice
15drops tabasco sauce (or to your liking)
3 Tbsplemon juice
How to Make King's Wings
- Snip wings apart at joints and discard wing tips.
- Mix remaining ingredients and marinate wings at least 3 to 5 hours.
- Pour excess sauce off after marinating, place wings in a baking pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
This would work well in a Nesco-type roaster, and then you could serve them right from the cooker.
