Not being the greatest of cooks, I gather recipes from everywhere. This one was given to me by my mother-in-law, she swore there was no way to ruin her dip recipe..I did and made soup!

Ingredients

  • 4 c
    cooked chicken
  • 1
    onions, yellow, medium
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes
  • 2 c
    shredded cheese

How to Make King Ranch Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. cook chicken till done, let cool, shred into bite sized pieces.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Mix broth, onions, soups, tomatoes and cheese together.
  4. Add chicken. Cover baking dish for 45 minutes, uncover for 15 more minutes and continue to bake.
