This is another of the casseroles I cook for my church members. They love it and I rarely have any leftovers. It is the recipe posted on the box that 8 cans of Rotel tomatoes comes in...Hope you like it as well as we do! Quick, easy, and good!

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- - pam no stick spray
- 12 - 6 inch corn tortillas torn into bite size pieces
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make king ranch chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2Melt butter in large saucepan and add bell peppers and onions. Cook about 5 min. until tender.

Step 3Stir in both soups, Rotel, and chicken. Blend well.

Step 4Spray 9X13 baking dish with Pam. Layer 1/3 of tortillas, tomato mixture, and cheese evenly in dish. Repeat layers twice more, ending with cheese.

Step 5Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
