Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons black pepper, divided
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, divided
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 40 - ritz crackers, crushed (about 1 1/2 c)
- 12 - chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon tabasco
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- DIP:
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons a1 steak sauce
How To Make kimmi's wings of fire

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tsp. each black pepper & cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes & smoked paprika. Mix 1 Tbsp. seasoning mix & crushed ritz in a pie plate & set aside.

Step 3Sprinkle the wings evenly with the remaining seasoning mix. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour (see note).

Step 4Whisk eggs, hot sauce, mustard & the remaining black pepper & cayenne pepper in a separate pie plate. Dredge chicken wings into the egg mixture, then into the crushed cracker mixture. Place in greased shallow baking pan.

Step 5Bake 35 - 40 min. or until golden brown & done, turning after 20 min.

Step 6Mix remaining ingredients together in small bowl. Serve with wings.

Step 7NOTE: Chicken can be seasoned & refrigerated overnight.
