Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons black pepper, divided
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, divided
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 40 - ritz crackers, crushed (about 1 1/2 c)
  • 12 - chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon tabasco
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • DIP:
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons a1 steak sauce

How To Make kimmi's wings of fire

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tsp. each black pepper & cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes & smoked paprika. Mix 1 Tbsp. seasoning mix & crushed ritz in a pie plate & set aside.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle the wings evenly with the remaining seasoning mix. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour (see note).
  • Step 4
    Whisk eggs, hot sauce, mustard & the remaining black pepper & cayenne pepper in a separate pie plate. Dredge chicken wings into the egg mixture, then into the crushed cracker mixture. Place in greased shallow baking pan.
  • Step 5
    Bake 35 - 40 min. or until golden brown & done, turning after 20 min.
  • Step 6
    Mix remaining ingredients together in small bowl. Serve with wings.
  • Step 7
    NOTE: Chicken can be seasoned & refrigerated overnight.
