I love throwing together things when the pantry is getting empty. This dish came out according to my husband REALLY GOOD!! His approval means everything to me when it comes to my cooking. I hope you will give it a try.
1Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil adding salt to the water. Place the whole bag of ravioli and boil till it floats to the top. Do not drain, set it aside.
2In fry pan add 2 tbsp of olive oil, onions. Saute till transparent. Add chicken, garlic, italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Cook till chicken is no longer pink.
3In bowl, combine both soups and 1 can of milk. Add this to the chicken. Add the bag of spinach and steam with lid on. When wilted add ravioli by spoonfuls to the sauce and cheese. Stir till cheese melts.
