These wings are JAMMIN' Lickin' Good!!! Kim Biegacki sent some of the most amazing jam. This is what I came up with. These are no doubt the best wings I've ever made. I hope that you enjoy. Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, cut
  • 1 tablespoon chinese five spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1-2 teaspoon habanero sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons grape oi l**vegetable or corn ios fine**
  • - zest of 1 orange
  • JAMMIN' SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup cranberry orange jam with crystallized ginger
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • - juice of 1 orange
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped

How To Make kim b's spicy grilled asian jammin' wings

  • Step 1
    Marinate wings in ingredients 2-6 for at least 4 hours, best overnight.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a large grill pan "or oven proof skillet" on top of stove. Grill top of wings unitl golden brown. Flip wings and transfer to heated oven. Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, in a medium heated sauce pan melt butter and add the rest of sauce ingredients. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add cooked wings to a large mixing bowl. Add warm sauce and toss. Garnish with additional cilantro.
