    chicken leg quarters
  • 5
    stalks of celery

    whole onion's
  • 1/2
    pack of green onion's
  • 2
    packs of smoked sausages (any kind will do just fine)
  • 1 pkg
    pack of angel hair noodles
  • 1 c
  • ·
    kicking chicken seasonin

How to Make Kicking Chicken and Pasta


  1. Boil leg Quarters with 1/4 cup of kicking chicken Seasoning boil till meat is just about to fall off of the bones about 2 1/2 hours
  2. boil 2 packs of the smoked sausages with 4 dashes of the kicking chicken Seasoning, boil them for 45 minutes
  3. Take the Vegetables and dice them up and boil them for 45 minutes with 4 dashes of the kicking chicken Seasoning
  4. When the Vegetables are done, Take them and drain and put in a big pot
  5. When the smoked sausages are done, Take them out of the water and drain and cut them up in 1/3 slices then add to the pot with the Vegetables
  6. When the chicken is all done, Take them out of the water (But save the water for later use) Let chicken cool and when they are cooled down then pull all the chicken meat off of the bones and chop chicken meat up and add to the pot with the Vegetables and the sausages
  7. Boil the pack of angel hair noodles and when done drain them and add the noodles to the pot
  8. Add 1/4 cup of mayo and 1 cup of the water the chicken was boiling in
  9. Mix everything up, Then serve
