- 3 - eggs
- 4 teaspoons oil
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons paperika
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Step 3mix all dry ingred together in large baggy, add chicken shake well to coat add to pan, cook slow until golden
