key lime chicken

I found this recipe in an old cookbook from the 80's. I like it on a bed of cooked rice, with a salad.. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 - skinless, boneless, split chicken breasts
- 1 can 6oz. frozen lime juice (minute maid)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup unsweeted pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 - pineapple slices
How To Make key lime chicken

Step 1Place chicken in a shallow baking dish or pan which has been sprayed with a no stick spray. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes, then drain off liquid.

Step 2Blend the remaining ingredients (except pineapple slices) in a blender and pour over the chicken. Bake for an additional 25 minutes or until chicken is done.

Step 3In the last 5 minutes of cooking time, add the pineapple slices to the top of the chicken... serve over rice, with a side salad..Enjoy!!
