Key Lime Chicken

4skinless, boneless, split chicken breasts

1 can(s)6oz. frozen lime juice (minute maid)

2 Tbsphoney

1/4 cunsweeted pineapple juice
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tsplemon pepper
-
2 Tbspcornstarch
-
4pineapple slices
How to Make Key Lime Chicken
- Place chicken in a shallow baking dish or pan which has been sprayed with a no stick spray. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes, then drain off liquid.
- Blend the remaining ingredients (except pineapple slices) in a blender and pour over the chicken. Bake for an additional 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking time, add the pineapple slices to the top of the chicken... serve over rice, with a side salad..Enjoy!!
