- 1 large chicken breast halves, skinless(cut into strips)
- 2 cups pig skins (crushed)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 /4 cup parmasan cheese
- salt and pepper
- 2 large eggs
How To Make keto friendly chicken tenders

Step 1Pour crushed pig skins onto a plate add spices Mix together.

Step 2Crack eggs into a bowl mix slightly.

Step 3Mix parmesan into eggs

Step 4Dip chicken strips into egg mixture then into crumbs.

Step 5Fry in small amount of oil till brown finish in oven. About 20 minutes covered.
