  • 1 large chicken breast halves, skinless(cut into strips)
  • 2 cups pig skins (crushed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 /4 cup parmasan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 large eggs

How To Make keto friendly chicken tenders

  • Step 1
    Pour crushed pig skins onto a plate add spices Mix together.
  • Step 2
    Crack eggs into a bowl mix slightly.
  • Step 3
    Mix parmesan into eggs
  • Step 4
    Dip chicken strips into egg mixture then into crumbs.
  • Step 5
    Fry in small amount of oil till brown finish in oven. About 20 minutes covered.
