1 tspcornstarch

3 Tbspkahlua

4 ozsnow peas, optional

1/4 lbbean sprouts

1 canbamboo shoots, canned

4 ozmushrooms, sliced

1/2 cwater chestnuts, sliced

1 1/2 lbchicken, boneless, skinless and cut in 1/2

2 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspoil

1/4 coil

How To Make kahlua stir-fry chicken

1Coat chicken in mixture of egg, 2 tablespoons oil and the cornstarch.

2Heat the remaining oil in a wok; add chicken, stir well and cook until golden brown.

3Remove chicken to plate or bowl; drain well.

4Leaving very little oil in the wok, add all the vegetables; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.

5Add kahlua (mixed with remaining cornstarch), stir well.

6Transfer to a heated serving platter.
