Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 packages ritz crackers, crushed into crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
How To Make juicy butter chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2Place eggs and cracker crumbs in two separate shallow bowls. Mix cracker crumbs with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Dip the chicken in the eggs then cover them in the crumb mixture.

Step 3Put the chicken in a baking dish and place the pieces of butter all around the chicken. Bake for 40 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
