Juanice gave me this recipe over 30 years ago. I still make it today and do my children for their children.

Ingredients

1 package peppridge farm stuffing mix (8 oz bag - smaller bag)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth (maybe a little more if you like soupy casserole)
1 stick butter
2 cups roasted and diced chicken (about 4 breast)

How To Make juanice turnipseed mother's chicken casserole

Step 1

Melt butter and pour over stuffing. Combine soups and broth (I use blender) Layer 1/4 of stuffing mix, all of chicken. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Add the remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes one large casserole.
