Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    peppridge farm stuffing mix (8 oz bag - smaller bag)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    chicken broth (maybe a little more if you like soupy casserole)
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2 c
    roasted and diced chicken (about 4 breast)

How to Make Juanice Turnipseed Mother's Chicken Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter and pour over stuffing. Combine soups and broth (I use blender) Layer 1/4 of stuffing mix, all of chicken. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Add the remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes one large casserole.
