John’s Cornflake Crusted Chicken
1/3 cranch dressing
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspgarlic, minced
1/2 tsponion powder
1/2 tsporegano, dried
·salt & pepper
2 ccrushed cornflakes
How to Make John’s Cornflake Crusted Chicken
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a bowl combine the first 7 ingredients. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, add the crushed cornflakes.
- Take each chicken thigh & dip in the dressing mixture, then dip into the cornflakes. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet (or you can grease or spray sheet with cooking spray)
- Bake at 400F for 30-40 minutes.
