We have always loved home made noodles...I fix Chicken and noodles...They aren't tough like the store bought ones....Homemade noodles are just so much better...

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- SOUP
- 2 boxes chicken or beef stock
- 3 medium chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup water, cold
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons rosemary sprigs (crushed)
How To Make jodie's chicken and egg noodles

Step 1Beat eggs until frothy. Add flour and stir until of dough texture. Knead until smooth. Turn into floured cutting board. Roll dough turning often until thin. Let noodle dough dry flat 45 minutes, then turn and dry another 1/2 hour.

Step 2(Roll the sheet of noodles like you are doing a cinnamon swirl rolls.) Cut the noodles into strips with steak knife . Separate noodles, place in to bowl with a little flourand turn in flour and drop into boiling chicken or beef stock and shredded meat. Reduce heat and cook at rolling boil for about 20 minutes. As the noodles boil, begin their own gravy. Season to taste.
