Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut in one inch cubes
- 1 pound smoke sausage or kielbasa, sliced
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- 28oz cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine, optional
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
How To Make jambalaya

Step 1Cut chicken and slice sausage. Chop onion and green pepper. Put all in dutch oven, Add remaining ingredients except for shrimp. Bring to a boil, cover and Cook on low for 45 minutes. Ten minutes before eating, add shrimp and cooked rice. Allow to heat.
