Ingredients For jambalaya

1 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut in one inch cubes

1 lbsmoke sausage or kielbasa, sliced

1 lbcooked shrimp
-
28oz cancrushed tomatoes

1 mdonion, chopped
-
1 lggreen pepper, chopped
-
1 cchicken broth
-
1/2 cwhite wine, optional
-
2 tsporegano
-
2 tspparsley
-
2 tspcajun seasoning
-
1 tspcayenne pepper
-
2 ccooked rice
How To Make jambalaya

1Cut chicken and slice sausage. Chop onion and green pepper. Put all in dutch oven, Add remaining ingredients except for shrimp. Bring to a boil, cover and Cook on low for 45 minutes. Ten minutes before eating, add shrimp and cooked rice. Allow to heat.
