My family loves it when I make Jambalaya. Make with pork, poultry and seafood, it pleases everyone. Hope you enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut in one inch cubes
  • 1 pound smoke sausage or kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 28oz cans crushed tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup white wine, optional
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice

How To Make jambalaya

  • Step 1
    Cut chicken and slice sausage. Chop onion and green pepper. Put all in dutch oven, Add remaining ingredients except for shrimp. Bring to a boil, cover and Cook on low for 45 minutes. Ten minutes before eating, add shrimp and cooked rice. Allow to heat.
