    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces (i shred mine)
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 1 can(s)
    4 oz. green chilies
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 or 2
    jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    flour tortillas
  • 1 lb
    shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Jalapeno Chicken Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole and line with tortillas. Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Pour mixture over tortillas and bake at 400 deg. for 35-40 minutes. Let set for 15 minutes before serving.
