Easy to prepare, and simply wonderful for the pepper and cheese lover. My family, especially my teenage son, LOVES this dish and asks for it pretty often.

Ingredients
- 8 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces (i shred mine)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can 4 oz. green chilies
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 or 2 - jalapenos, chopped
- 1 package flour tortillas
- 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make jalapeno chicken casserole

Step 1Lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole and line with tortillas. Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Pour mixture over tortillas and bake at 400 deg. for 35-40 minutes. Let set for 15 minutes before serving.
