- 1Coat chicken in the chipole marinade. Sautee onions in a nonstick skillet. Add chiken to the onions and cook until the chicken all the way through. Stir in whole can of green chillis. Cook chicken an additional 2 minutes. Top with cheese. Put a lid on the pan. Turn the stove off. It is ready when the cheese is melted.
