I went to a steak house and something similiar to this.. Thats how i came up with this recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast cut in pieces
- 1 can diced green chilli
- 1 package mccormick chipole pepper marinade
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 cups pepper jack cheese
How To Make jack chicken

Step 1Coat chicken in the chipole marinade. Sautee onions in a nonstick skillet. Add chiken to the onions and cook until the chicken all the way through. Stir in whole can of green chillis. Cook chicken an additional 2 minutes. Top with cheese. Put a lid on the pan. Turn the stove off. It is ready when the cheese is melted.
