tomato sauce
1 tsp
parmesan cheese
4 oz
chicken breast
1/4 tsp
oregano, dried
1/4 c
1 clove
garlic, minced
1 tsp
butter, melted
1 Tbsp
bread crumbs

How to Make Italian Stuffed Chicken Breast


  • 1Mix crumbs, parmesan cheese and oregano.
  • 2Pound breast thin; cover with havarti cheese (or you may substitute swiss). Sprinkle garlic on top of cheese.
  • 3Roll up and brush with butter; roll in crumb mixture.
  • 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • 5Add sauce and bake 10 minutes more.
