Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz
    chicken breast
  • 1/4 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/4 c
    havarti
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp
    bread crumbs

How to Make Italian Stuffed Chicken Breast

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix crumbs, parmesan cheese and oregano.
  2. Pound breast thin; cover with havarti cheese (or you may substitute swiss). Sprinkle garlic on top of cheese.
  3. Roll up and brush with butter; roll in crumb mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Add sauce and bake 10 minutes more.
