Ok this recipe was a fluke! I started out making my lemon chicken and rice and did not have all the ingredients. So I looked in the fridge to see what I did have ! This was the result!!

Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 tablespoon garlic,chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups olive garden italian dressing
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups rice, instant and uncooked
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
How To Make italian chicken & rice

Step 1In a large skillet place chicken that has been cut up in peices. Place the butter in skillet and start to cook.

Step 2Add the chopped garlic and the chopped onion.Cook till slightly brown.

Step 3Pour over the cooked chicken the Olive Garden Dressing, water, and chicken broth. Make sure you have enough liquid to make it soupy looking.

Step 4Cook for a few minutes then stir in the un-cooked rice. The liquid in the pan will cook the rice. Add some parsely flakes.

Step 5Cook for 20 minutes till rice is cooked. Stir well often!
