1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Set up two dishes side by side. Pour the salad dressing in the left dish. (I find that two shallow bowls work well.)
2In the right dish, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.
3Dredge the chicken in the salad dressing, coating both sides. Then roll the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture. Shake off excess. Place chicken on the baking tray. Just before baking, sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
(you can use a nonstick pan, a shallow baking pan or a rack over a baking pan.)
4Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes. Serves 4.
