This is an easy crock pot meal with a lot of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4-6
    chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1 small
    bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 8 oz
    pkg cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme or 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Italian Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine chicken breasts and Italian dressing in crockpot and cook for 8-10 hours on low.
  2. Drain off most of the dressing and tear the chicken into pieces with a fork. (Chicken will be very tender)
  3. Melt the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan. Heat and pour mixture into the crockpot with shredded chicken. Cook for one hour on low or 1/2 hour on high. Serve over pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese.
