1Combine chicken breasts and Italian dressing in crockpot and cook for 8-10 hours on low.
2Drain off most of the dressing and tear the chicken into pieces with a fork. (Chicken will be very tender)
3Melt the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan. Heat and pour mixture into the crockpot with shredded chicken. Cook for one hour on low or 1/2 hour on high. Serve over pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese.
