Ingredients
- - chicken thighs, skinless and boneless, or breasts
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic, heaping
- 1 tablespoon mccormick italian seasoning, heaping
- - water
- - olive oil, extra virgin
- - cheese of choice, i used mozzerella
How To Make italian chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2In a gallon size ziplock bag, add chicken, seasonings, & water. Seal & mix well. Put in refrigerator to marinate. ( I left mine in overnight, but at least a few hours)

Step 3Drain liquid from chicken & pat dry.

Step 4Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil.

Step 5When oil shimmers, working in batches (do not crowd) add chicken to pan, cook 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Step 6Top chicken with cheese & put in oven until cheese melts. (Approx. 7-8 minutes)
