fresh parsley, minced
1 Tbsp
italian seasoning
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp
black pepper
garlic cloves, minced
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

How to Make Italian Balsamic Chicken


  • 1Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top bag.
  • 2Add chicken to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  • 3Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade.
  • 4Grill chicken for 6 minutes on each side or until done.
  • 5Cool. Cut into 1/4-inch strips.
