Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 8 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
How To Make italian balsamic chicken

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top bag.

Step 2Add chicken to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.

Step 3Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade.

Step 4Grill chicken for 6 minutes on each side or until done.

Step 5Cool. Cut into 1/4-inch strips.
