boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 c
tomato sauce
1 tsp
dried oregano
1/8 tsp
garlic powder

How to Make Italian Baked Chicken


  • 1Arrange chicken, skin side down in ungreased shallow baking pan/dish; pour butter on top.
  • 2Bake at 400* for 20 mins.; turn chicken over and bake 20 mins longer. Pour tomato sauce on top; sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder. Bake till tender and juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork, about 20 mins. Serves 4
