How to Make Iron skillet chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. place bacon grease left over from breakfast, along with enough crisco to cook food, in iron skillet. Slice potatoes, and chicken breast. put in skillet to cook. while that is cooking peel and slice onion, garlic and all three peppers. When chicken and potatoes are not quite done add the other ingreaients and cook over open fire until tender. Stir often to get flavor distributed well. adjust ingredients to taste.
