We use to make this a lot, but haven't in a few years. I think this recipe came from a cooking show years ago.

Ingredients
- 8 - pieces of chicken skinned and scored
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, smashed & chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 teaspoons cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cardamon, ground
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- few dash red food coloring (optional)
How To Make indian chicken

Step 1Put all ingredients in a large zipper bag and allow to marinate for a few hours.

Step 2Heat oven to 450.

Step 3Remove from marinade and place on a grill pan (or use a wire rack with a sheet pan under it). Bake for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
