Ingredients For indian chicken korma

  • 4
    boneless chicken thighs cut into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    garam masala
  • 1 tsp
    each paprika, cardamom, & balti seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    each salt, paprika, & turmeric
  • 1/2 dash
    almonds
  • 1 c
    greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream
  • basmati rice and naan for serving

How To Make indian chicken korma

    Place the chicken pieces in a bowl. Add the tomato paste, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cardamom, balti seasoning, salt, paprika, turmeric and almonds in a food processor and process until smooth.

    Add the mixture to the bowl of chicken and then add the yogurt. Mix well. Set in fridge and let marinate at least 2 hours.

    Place the butter in a large skillet. Add the onions and cook over medium low heat until caramelized about 15 minutes. Add the chicken mixture in and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Add the heavy cream and cook 5 more minutes. Serve with Basmati rice and naan
