Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon each paprika, cardamom, & balti seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt, paprika, & turmeric
- 1/2 dash almonds
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- basmati rice and naan for serving
How To Make indian chicken korma

Step 1Place the chicken pieces in a bowl. Add the tomato paste, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cardamom, balti seasoning, salt, paprika, turmeric and almonds in a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 2Add the mixture to the bowl of chicken and then add the yogurt. Mix well. Set in fridge and let marinate at least 2 hours.

Step 3Place the butter in a large skillet. Add the onions and cook over medium low heat until caramelized about 15 minutes. Add the chicken mixture in and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Add the heavy cream and cook 5 more minutes. Serve with Basmati rice and naan
