I love curry. Therefore, I love Indian Chicken curry. It is a spicy meal, but fabulously delicious!

garlic, minced
1 medium
onion, diced
1 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1 tsp
1 medium
bay leaf
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
ginger roots fresh, grated
1/2 c
curry powder
1/2 Tbsp
brown sugar
boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed
3/4 c
coconut milk, unsweetened
lemon, juiced
1/2 Tbsp
tobasco sauce
1/2 tsp
cayene pepper

How to Make Indian Chicken Curry


  • 1Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute the onion.
  • 2Stir in all the spices. Add the chicken, tobasco sauce and cook for a few minutes.
  • 3Add coconut milk. Simmer for 25 minutes. Add lemon juice. Stir and serve with rice or noodle. Enjoy.
