Ingredients

·soft tortilla
-
·chicken leftovers, or rotisserie chicken pieces, smaller cut pieces
-
1 crice
-
1 cblack beans, drained
-
1/2 ccorn, or southwestern corn
-
·chipotle peppers, canned, in sauce (or salsa rojo)
How to Make Inca Bowl, Mark
- Put the tortilla, soft, in a bowl. Put in the chicken, rice, beans, corn and peppers. If you want it spicy, don't drain the peppers. If you want it less spicy, drain the peppers. Mix it up and enjoy!
