  • 3/4 c
    low/no fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese, regular or fat free
  • 1 1/2 lb
    cut-up cooked chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic
  • 6 oz
    can tomato paste
  • 1 c
    milk, regular or low-fat
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    bisquick
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make impossible chicken parmigiana pie

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a deep-dish pie pan.

    Layer cottage cheese & Parmesan in pie pan.

    Mix together chicken, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, spices & paste; Spoon over Cheeses in pie pan.

    Beat the milk, eggs, bisquick & pepper in a blender on high for about 15 seconds or with a wire whisk about 1 minute..til smooth. Pour over chicken.

    Bake 30 minutes; sprinkle with the rest of mozzarella cheese and bake 5-8 minutes longer or til knife inserted near center comes out clean.
