Ingredients
- 3/4 cup low/no fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, regular or fat free
- 1 1/2 pounds cut-up cooked chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 6 ounces can tomato paste
- 1 cup milk, regular or low-fat
- 2 - eggs
- 2/3 cup bisquick
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a deep-dish pie pan.

Step 2Layer cottage cheese & Parmesan in pie pan.

Step 3Mix together chicken, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, spices & paste; Spoon over Cheeses in pie pan.

Step 4Beat the milk, eggs, bisquick & pepper in a blender on high for about 15 seconds or with a wire whisk about 1 minute..til smooth. Pour over chicken.

Step 5Bake 30 minutes; sprinkle with the rest of mozzarella cheese and bake 5-8 minutes longer or til knife inserted near center comes out clean.
