Ingredients
- 4 bone in chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 shallots chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley small chop
- 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon choped
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make hunter chicken

Step 1season the chicken with salt and pepper. heat butter in a skillet. Cook the chicken in the butter for about 20 minutes until no longer pink. Remove chicken and set aside and keep warm.

Step 2Add the shallots, garlic, and mushrooms to the pan and cook about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the wine and cook over high heat another 4 minutes. Add the beef stock and tomato paste. Mix well. Mix the cornstarch and water together

Step 3Bring the liquid to a boil and pour in the cornstarch mixture. Mix well. Add the parsley and tarragon. Add the chicken back in and cook for 5 more minutes.
