1In 4-5 quart Crock Pot Place Chicken, Potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms and onions.
In Bowl mix until all ingredients are combine. tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, white wine, pepper, salt, olive oil, crushed red pepper(optional) . Pour over Chicken and veggies in crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is tender. If you want a thicker sauce. Mix 2-Tablespoons and 3Tablespoons water and mix add to crock pot and let cook for another 15-20 minutes until sauce is thicken.
Serve with a big piece of Crusty French Bread and a glass of white wine. Enjoy!
