  • 3 lb
    chicken wings
  • 12 oz
    texas pete hot sauce (or your choice)
  • 1 stick
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard seed, ground
  • ·
    s & p to taste

How to Make Hot Wings MMB


  1. Cook your wings in any manner you desire: Baked, deep fried or grilled until done.
  2. Make the sauce by combining the Texas Pete and a stick of butter over medium-low heat until the butter melts.
  3. Stir in the ground mustard seed and add salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Add your cooked wings to a large bowl, add sauce and toss.
  5. If you want your wings hotter, you can add some cayenne pepper or some red pepper flakes.
