Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut in 1/2
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - onion, medium, thinly sliced
- 1 - garlic clove, large and minced
- 6 ounces chick peas, canned and drained
- 1 - yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1 - green pepper, medium, julienned
- 1 - red pepper, medium, julienned
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, ground
- 4 - tortillas, flour, 10 inch
How To Make hot spicy chicken tortillas

Step 1In a fry pan, heat the oil over medium flame. Add chicken, onion and garlic.

Step 2Cook, turning, about 5 minutes, until chicken is brown on all sides.

Step 3Add peas, squash, peppers, cajun seasoning, hot pepper sauce, chili powder, lime juice, paprika and pepper. Cook, stirring, 10 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp tender.

Step 4Place about 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on each tortilla. Roll the tortillas and arrange them on a platter.

Step 5Garnish with salsa and cheese.
