Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 package (14oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1 can condensed cream of soup
- 1 can condensed nacho cheese soup
- 1 can rotel tomatoes with chiles, juice included
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, optional
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crushed ritz crackers
How To Make hot 'n' cheesy chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Add broccoli, peas and rice. Stir slightly to mix the ingredients.

Step 2Combine soups, tomatoes/chiles with juice, milk and red pepper. Stir in half of the cheeses. Pour over the chicken, veggies and rice. Sprinkle crushed crackers evenly over the top. Sprinkle remaining cheeses across the top of the crackers.

Step 3Bake, uncovered for 20-25 minutes. If frozen veggies are used, increase baking time to 40-50 minutes
