This is kinda a take on my chicken wings, seeing im from buffalo where chicken wings were born, i use my sauce recipe alot and my kids love these, and I love because so easy!!! I like the convience of baking them rather then pulling out deep fryer.

Ingredients
- 12 - chicken legs
- 1 cup franks hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- - s&p and garlic powder
- - olive oil
How To Make hot legs

Step 1Wash and put chicken legs on baking sheet. Drizzel w/olive oil salt pepper and garlic powder toss. Arrange on pan and bake in 400 degree oven for 35-45 min til cooked thru.

Step 2Add hot sauce and butter to lg bowl with chicken legs cover and shake.

Step 3of the olive oil your legs will be nice and crispy just like they were deep fried. Can b served with blue cheese for dipping. Or we like with side of rice even mashed potato

Step 4Grill method. Pat dry chicken legs with paper towel. Season with a&p and garlic powder. Add sliced onions and pepper to bottom rack of grill pan. Grill on 400 for 40min till chicken reaches 165.
