Ingredients
- 5 cups diced cooked chicken
- 5 cups celery, chopped
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons pepper
- 1 box croutons, divided
- 2 1/2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1 jar chopped pimento (small jar)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1 /4 cups chopped almonds
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
- - grated cheddar cheese
How To Make hot crunch chicken

Step 1Combine all the ingredients except 1/2 box of croutons and grated cheese. Pour into a buttered 9x13" pan. Top with grated cheese and croutons. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 15 minutes. Serves 10.
