Ingredients For hot chicken salad casserole

  • 4 c
    cooked chopped chicken
  • 2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup undiluted
  • 4 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 4
    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 c
    slivered almonds (optional)
  • TOPPING
  • 2 c
    crushed potato chips
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar cheese

How To Make hot chicken salad casserole

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients, except topping. Put into 9 X 13 inch casserole dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour

    Mix topping and spread on top.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 -35 minutes or until bubbly.
