- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup slivered almonds (optional)
- TOPPING
- 2 cups crushed potato chips
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Step 1Mix all ingredients, except topping. Put into 9 X 13 inch casserole dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour

Step 2Mix topping and spread on top.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 30 -35 minutes or until bubbly.
