How to Make HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13x9x2 baking dish.
Saute onion in 2 Tbls. butter until tender. - In large bowl, combine onion, chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, eggs, pimiento, salt & pepper, stir well and pour into prepared baking dish.
- Melt 2 Tbls. butter, crumble crackers and mix with butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole, then bake for 30 minutes
