This is a family favorite. Very creamy and flavorful. I like to use the breasts from a rotisserie chicken. Great potluck fare!

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 6 ounces jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 teaspoon diced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 ounces can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 12 ounces can cream of chicken soup
How To Make hot chicken salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and place in lightly greased 2 qt. casserole.

Step 2Spread over the top: 1 Cup corn flakes 1/2 cup slivered almonds 1/4 cup melted butter

Step 3Bake 35 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven
