Ingredients
- 3 pounds 3lbs of cooked and boned chicken (reserve 1 cup of broth)
- 1 - onion chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 cups bread cubes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 can durkee onion rings
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
How To Make hot chicken salad

Step 1Mix all together, bake in a 13 x 9 pan at 350 degrees for 35 min. The last 5 min. add dried onion rings.
