Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1 cup water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 2 - scant tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 small pkg. potato chips, crushed
How To Make hot chicken salad

Step 1Combine chicken, celery, water chestnuts and almonds.

Step 2Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and onion.

Step 3Pour mayo mixture over chicken mixture and mix.

Step 4Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish; cover with later of cheese and crushed potato chips.

Step 5Bake at 375 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
