This is a great recipe and can either be eaten alone or served with Frito Scoops. It is a nice presentation served on a bed of lettuce. ENJOY!

Ingredients
- 6 - chicken tenders or 3 cans of canned chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese; 2 cups for cheesier
- 1/2 - bag crushed potato chips (plain)
How To Make hot chicken salad

Step 1After cooking chicken tenders, shred it or if using canned chicken, just tear it apart some. Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Spread in a 9 x 13" casserole dish. Add cheese and chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes. If you would like it cheesier, add another cup of shredded cheddar cheese. YUM!
