Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups vegetables, cut up and cooked
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
How To Make hot chicken pot pie

Step 1In a 3 quart baking dish, combine the soup, milk, thyme and pepper.

Step 2Stir in the vegetables and chicken or turkey.

Step 3Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble.

Step 4Meanwhile, cut each biscuit into quarters.

Step 5Remove dish from oven; stir.

Step 6Arrange biscuit pieces over hot chicken mixture.

Step 7Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 8VARIATION: Top with melted cheddar or swiss cheese (grated) for the last 5 minutes of baking. Turkey can be substituted for chicken. The vegetables which can be used include carrots, broccoli, potatoes, cauliflower, frozen or fresh.
