Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced into small pieces
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- boston lettuce leaves
- 1 cup julienne carrots
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- kecap manis or hoisin sauce, for drizzle
How To Make honeyed cashew chicken lettuce wraps

Step 1Heat oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and saute 30 seconds. Add the chicken pieces and chicken stock. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in the honey and add the cashews; cook until liquid is mostly evaporated.

Step 2Serve in lettuce cups topped with carrots and scallions and with a sweet soy or hoisin sauce drizzle.
