Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sherry vinegar
- chopped chives, for garnish
How To Make honey soy glazed chicken breast

Step 1Cut the chicken breast in a diamond pattern not all the way through. Mix the salt, pepper, paprika and flour together. Dredge the chicken in the flour shaking off the excess.

Step 2Add 2 tbsp butter to a large sauce pan. Add the chicken and brown on both sides for about 5 minutes each side. Remove chicken to a plate and set aside.

Step 3Add the remaining butter to the pan and add the garlic, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Add the chicken back and cover and cook 10 more minutes turning once.

Step 4Serve garnished with chives.
