Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
- salt and pepper
- sweet paprika
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon malt vinegar
- chives, for garnish
How To Make honey soy chicken breast

Step 1Score the chicken breast flesh about 1/4 inch down in a criss cross pattern. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge in the flour.

Step 2Add the butter to a pan big enough for both chicken breasts. Brown the breasts on both sides then remove from the pan and set aside. Add the garlic to the butter and saute 1 minute. Add the soy, honey, and vinegar. Stir to incorporate, then add the chicken breasts back in the pan.

Step 3Baste with the sauce and cover. Reduce heat and cook about 15 more minutes. Serve garnished with the chives.
